HOW PRICING WORKS

Published inputs.
One project price.

Lot Preppa begins with the service and acreage, adjusts for vegetation density, terrain, and equipment access, then applies an automatic acreage discount. The result is rounded to the nearest $50. There is no customer-controlled market adjustment.

Brush clearing

Tall grass, vines, briars, light woody brush, and small saplings are removed from accessible lots, field edges, and fence lines. Growth is processed or consolidated onsite.

$2,200 base rate / acre

Forestry mulching

Dense brush, cedar or juniper, saplings, and small trees are ground in place with a forestry mulcher, leaving a protective mulch layer.

$3,000 base rate / acre

Volume discount
